Check-in via e-shop

The easiest way to book a wellness room is through the HOTEL GOL e-shop. After paying via the Global Payments Europe payment gateway, you will receive a code for the accommodation machine by email, which you can use to get the key (chip card) to the room.

Check-in using key safes

After prior arrangement with the reception +420 732 264 332, we will leave your room keys - a chip in one of the two safes (safe "A" and safe "B") in the hotel entrance. We will send you the code to the safe by SMS or via WhatsApp or Viber upon agreement. We will also send you instructions on how to open the sliding entrance door (locked outside reception hours), where your wellness room is located and other information.

If you also want to pay unattended via the hotel key safe during self-service, please send us a payment link to your email, which you can use to pay the pre-agreed accommodation price via the Global Payments Europe payment gateway by card.
