The reception is open from 7.00 do 9.30 , and then from 15.00 do 20.00 hours. If you have made a reservation in advance, at the agreed time of arrival, the staff will be waiting for you at the reception. If you are arriving without a reservation, use the possibility of an accommodation vending machine at the entrance to the hotel.
